T. Roger White, Jr., is a Partner with the firm, and specializes in the areas of Personal Injury Protection, Personal Injury and Contract litigation. Mr. White graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in English, and graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a Merit Scholar, a member of Trial Advocacy team and Moot Court.
Mr. White’s career began at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office, where as an assistant public defender he handled hundreds of cases in the criminal justice system. After a brief stint as an equities trader for Carlin Equities, where he obtained his Series 7 license, he returned to the legal profession as a litigation associate at Fowler White Burnett, then as a Senior Associate at Wood & Bronstein. Mr. White was then hired as a lead trial UAIG. In his career, Mr. White has participated in hundreds of jury trials in both criminal and civil court. He is a founding member of the firm, and has had his own practice since the Summer of 2012.
